High atmospheric pressure over the weekend
High pressure weather conditions are expected this weekend causing picture break up or loss of channels for some viewers across the UK. This may cause YVM302 errors on YouView devices. If you are affected by this, please don’t retune your box until the high pressure system has passed, as this can sometimes make the problem worse. More information here.

Use the PVR mode
Do you have this remote?

Press the PVR button to use the remote with your YouView box.
No, I don’t have this remote
Move on to step 2
Check the batteries
Make sure they are inserted correctly. Try replacing the batteries.
Restart your box
The old “switch it on and off” routine. Overused but it can often help resolve the issue. Press and hold the button on your box for 8 seconds, then let go. You’ll be greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’ telling you that your box has restarted.
Reset your remote
You might need to reset your remote control. We have a few different remotes so pick your remote here and try the instructions.
